Charles R Frost Doesn't pay his help Sardinia Ohio
I recently helped Frost on a job, and he still owes me over $1000. Now he refuses to take my calls or even return my calls when I leave messages. I am forced to file suit against him, as well as the homeowner for whom the job was done.
