Complaint Review: Charles Roland Sheppard

Charles Roland Sheppard, aka Roland Sheppard, Roland Charles, Charles Roland Sheppard, last known address (courtesy of the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office 2909 San Antonio #10, San Angelo, TX, White male, 5' 11" 170 lbs, hair red or auburn, eyes brown, DOB: 11/26/1958 WANTED for non-support of child since 1996.

Mr. Sheppard, who when not spending his time dealing controlled substances, abusing inhalants, and driving around with his license suspended, does roofing for cash under the table, collects SS disability benefits (for what, brain damage???)& lives (or lived) with Dad & Mom.

Mr. Sheppard has been cheating his out-of-wedlock son court-ordered child support for over 5 years & has yet to send him a dime.

My wife & myself are raising the child, as well as another, who were dumped on us by my stepdaughter. She is currently enjoying a l*****n relationship with someone who wants nothing to do with kids.

Our current financial situation is dismal & our credit is screwed -- but at least the children have a roof over their head, clothes to wear & food to eat, no thanks to irresponsible, low-life worthless scumbags like Mr. Sheppard.

Not to mention my waste-of-oxygen stepdaughter, who has contributed a total of $30 toward their support since 7/01.

If anyone sees Mr. Sheppard, give him his son's regards. Poor kid has never had nobody to call "daddy", suffered physical & emotional abuse in the places he's been raised in, is in counselling for emotional problems...this is one &%$#! of a world when the innocents suffer & the wrongdoers just keep on truckin'.

Hope you fall off a roof and jam a spray can up your nose!
