I ordered 3 items on 4/29/07. I received 1 item on 5/4/07, another on 5/11/07, but haven't received 3rd item as of 5/29/07. The 2 items were shipped from different addresses, neither from DPD pools. I investigated and found that the business address given on the website was actually a residential address. Charlie Goss is running a sham business out of his home. He gets several orders, then contacts a manufacturer for a cheap price, then has the item sent to the buyer. When you get your order depends on what time of the order cycle is in progress.

His website is set up to loop, so you never can get in touch with anyone, and you will never be contacted within the 1 day time period he advertises, if you even get contacted. The BBB reports are always being "updated" and a report is not given. The best way is to email charlie@pooldeals.com; then contact the BBB of upstate NY, then the local D.A. of Niagara Falls; then the Attorney General of New York; then the U.S. Attorney General, since the business is across state lines. This type of business is against the law in many states, selling products without actually possessing the item in stock. He has good prices, if you receive the item, and can wait a month or longer.

After waiting 6 weeks for a liner that I never received, Mr.Goss finally refunded my credit card minus $20 shipping charge, for item not shipped? He thinks he will keep it-wrong. He banned me from website, and emails because I overloaded his system. He responds to me fairly often and pretty quick now.Be persistent with him. I sent 30 emails one day, about 20 more to his website, and about 30 phone calls. I kept sending until he answered. He calls this harassment (ha, after the way he treats people) I have the right to demand what is mine. I also keep all correspondence from him, complaint letters and documentation to send to NY Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo Bureau of Consumer Frauds 120 Broadway New York, NY 10271-0332 He needs to be put out of business. Too bad this website won't allow people to contact each other. THIS IS A GREAT WEBSITE for consumers.
