Complaint Review: Charlie Echols Auto & RV

We had a tuneup done here in 2014 and during our travels the spark plug wires in our motorhome burned up because their mechanic failed to put the heat shields back on. During the repair the company that fixed it found that the spark plugs put in by Charlie Echols were also the wrong ones. The repair cost us $1200 and Charlie Echols claims no responsibility. They said that there were no heat shields on in the first place. Charlie Echols is the only place that we had ever had a tuneup done. We have since found out that our engine came with heat shields. We will never take our motorhome back there and we don't recommend that anyone else take theirs there either.
