In June 2010, we found this company on line while looking for power-only trucks to deliver some loads to New Mexico.  Charlie told us about his being handicapped from a trucking accident.  We felt sorry for him.  He did a job for us and we paid him.  

Since it worked out, we trusted him.  He said we'd need to send another $2000 to him so he could pay his Fleet bill and he would provide 2 more "power only" units to finish the deliveries.  He didn't do that.  We had to hire through a registered broker to get our product delivered. 

Charlie said he sent us a refund in a cashier's check.  It never arrived.  He said he must've forget to mail it and it's on the dash of his truck.  I asked him to look.  "Truck is out of town."  I asked him to have driver check.  "He has no signal."  Then the stories really started.  The truck was towed.  Then, the check was cashed by a check cashing company.  He requested I send a letter he would take to his bank stating that I did not cash the check.  I did.

 Had it notorized, just in case.  He said "the bank would put the money back in his account when they got the letter".  Needless to say, that didn't happen.  Then, the number I had for his was disconnected.  I researched and found another he was doing business under.  I got his wife.  Told her I'd have to take Charlie to court.  She said "If you want to spend that kind of money, go ahead" and she hung up.  Just beware of doing any business with this man.  DO NOT pay in advance!
