Charlie Reeves - Aries Auto a total rip off Garland Texas
I took my car to aries auto in may 23,and they said it will take time to get if fix because of the may 28 holiday.when i call back after the holiday my car was not ready and i talk with stacia (the Girlfriend) of Charlie Reeves who is also a big lier told me my car was ready to be pick up and said to bring $600 only for changing my fuel pump ,filter after i got to the shop they said my car need more work and they need $1050 to have my car ready
i told her she said it was $600 her answer was my boss will not let me give you that price who the h*ll is you boss i know you and i had deal with you .my car been in there shop now since then today is july 12 and my car is still in the shop i reported to bbb and they did lied and said i had agree with the price the spanic guy who is the owner of the shop he does not know how the all deal is cause MR BLACK man runs the all thing in the shop (wow is that what you call chrstian )
now he send me a letter saying he is going to sale my car if i dont do anything about it i will not pay $1000 i will do anything it takes to get my car he is trying to rippppppppppppppp the hell ouf of me and has so many phone that he get confused when his customers call him does'nt even know which person is calling cause everyone that call him must have issue.eveytimes i go to the shop either some one have issue with the price or the job not getting done
the all situation seen that man in the shop he look nothing like a shop owner but a rippp off gangster from the street of south dallas he will do anything to lie and get money to his pocket i dont even thing the spanic guy know how much they charge and the big lier told me it took him 3.5 to change my fuel pump and labor alone was $300 and parts $295 my fillter cost 19 his price 30 to put that he as me $75
the guy in autozone told me he can even put that for me to replace my spark plug the big lier ask $50.96 plus parts $75 what do you call that ripp off ? or what and they still want to charge me storage fee of $1500 for less then 30 days (even when my car is not ready to be picked up ) what a bussiness you are runing i am gone deal with them in a way i get that bussiess lose thanks to the website i am not the only victom of that shop .

i am still dealing with Mr Charlie reeves and his so called Girl friend Stacia in their shop again and its 7/13/08 my car has been in the shop since 5/23/08 i arrived around 3 pm asking with a detailed description of the work that was done and i was told they will not let me have it because i had sue them and i can get that from my lowyer "(you are not going to win this case dont forget we have your car ,you are asking for more trouble by thaking this to the authority " that is the response i got when i said they where changing the price everythimes i go to the shop and they even change the price on the quote i sign i though there was law for Automotive repair act.
i was told i was dont have right to be in their shop they are going to call a police and escort me from their shop ( and yes the did call policaman )my right were violated under ARC as well as improper business ethics ,using foul ,language ,personal attacks and been disrespectful i will be letting the world know til they fix their act by adding more to my story i know thay will add a price to my bill but i am atleast letting other know to watch the theft and stop the fraud act
