Charlie's Project claims to be a purveyor of leggings with proceeds going to charity. I liked the concept and purchased a pair that had an estimated ship date of 11/30. On 12/16 I emailed for an update after seeing a vague post on the company's Facebook page that they were struggling to fulfill orders in a timely manner and that if people wanted to cancel to email. I emailed requesting an update about my specific order. I got an auto generated email stating that a "ticket" was created. Never got a reply. Since that time I've sent an email again received the same auto reply and no response. So I went to the Facebook page and tried to post a comment. I got a pop up message that my comment would have to be approved by the moderator. It wasn't approved (no surprise there).

I returned to the Facebook page on another day and posted a comment on an existing post explaining that I'd attempted to connect via email with no response and expected an answer. I returned again to the Facebook page today to find my comments as well as those of others complaining had been deleted from the page. Thankfully I have screenshots of my posts. This is an unscrupulous company that is not delivering product that was paid for or responding to contact requests. In addition they're censoring their Facebook page so visitors cannot see that people are upset. Will also be reporting to Better Business Bureau. The poor little kid the company is named after should be embarrassed that adults in his life have chosen to be so dishonest.
