Charlie's Project BUYER BEWARE! Incomplete order, company refuses to response Internet

In early November I placed an order for a pair of matching leggings for myself and my toddler daughter for their special holiday leggings. This was a pre-order and I had to pay ahead of time. I received an email on December 6 saying my order was on its way. I received a package on December 13 with only the adults leggings, no child leggings. I immediately emailed their customer service, because they have NO PHONE NUMBER. They got back to me that night saying they would be shipped immediately. On Wednesday, December 14, I responded asking for tracking. 

I received a response on Saturday, December 17 stating "Your order is out for delivery." It included the tracking number. I looked it up and saw it was the tracking number for the order delivered on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13. I Iimmediately responsed to tell them that and find out where my daughter's leggings were, that I paid for! No resposne. 

I emailed again, no response. 

Third email was sent on Wednesday, December 21. I still have no leggings and am out the money for them. They have message up on their website about delays in shipping and responding to emails. Horrible customer service. This seems like a big scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
