I have also sadly come across Charlie Southall of Dragonfly Productions and I can confirm that he is both very unprofessional and unreliable. He also used threatening behaviour making abusive telephone calls, sending threatening emails and becoming obsessive over the issue.
I personally witnessed this behaviour when I was with a colleague of mine having a business meeting. They got another one of his threatening messages and I was very shocked how they went from having business dealings with him and when he didn't get the contract he took it personally and started a hate campaign that lasted for months.
In the end I think they had to take legal action to get him to stop.
