Charlies Project Did not get gift yet charged my credit card Internet
I ordered a pair of leggings for my daughter for Christmas back in November....Charlies Project charged my credit card and here it is Jan. 2nd, 2017 and i have yet to receive my leggings that i ordered back on November 5, 2016.

Special Orders were estimated to start shipping nov 30th. Howevere shipping delays caused many orders to ship later in december. However we do not have an order under your posted name in our system. Kindly let us know as we had rectified, lost, late shipped and miss shipped orders to date. Thank you, Anna Hernandez

Our company responds to all emails, and has rectified any missing orders. Due to shipping issues with our previous shipper we have refunded orders not shipped or lost. As per our company policy we do not respond to emails with threats or vulagrity. Also any facebook posts written on our personal group page in the same manner will be deleted & removed. The facebook group is invitiation only and we reserve the right to remove members who behave in a abusive or vulgar manner or spam our group page or posts.
