Charter Communiations Bills received in the mail two days before late payment deadline St Louis Missouri

Charter Communications mails out its bills to customers so that they arrive one or two days before the date that payment is received, that is, before the payment becomes late and likely to be dinged with late charges. This is a sharp, unscrupulous and sleazy billing practice. Our last bill arrived on Friday, March 6 and is payable and due today. Even if we mailed the payment out the same day the bill was received, there is no way the mail could get to Charter's Phoenix AZ drop box in time to avoid being late.
