Charter Communications BILLING RIP OFF st. louis, Missouri
Charter cable billed me for about 6 mos of internet WHEN I DIDNT EVEN OWN A COMPUTER!!! Then after 6 mos after moving out of an apt they tacked on 218,xx to my cable bill. I kept disputing it and they never could explain the charges to me. I refused to pay it, so they disconnected my cable after about 1 year. I am having the fcc investigate this and I am bringing this to the TX atty general. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILLS AND DONT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF!!!!!
