I am reporting Charter because I always have bad experiences with these people. I always had Comcast for my service and loved them! I moved to McDonough, GA in an apartment and had no choice but to go with Charter!! I said "ok, let me try them out."

First when I signed up I ordered cable with the HD channels. The customer service rep told me I had to add another service on because it would be cheaper. So I added home phone and my bill was supposed to be 84.99 before tax a month, this was in Dec 2010. I finished up the order and service was set up a few days later. My cable was disconnected 3 weeks LATER!!!!!

I called and a rep told me that I owed 133.00!!! I was mad. I paid it and when they took my payment over the phone they told me that my next bill was do Feb 21, 2010 of 127.27 and I was ok with that even though they couldnt give me the breakdown of why my bill was so high.

I called back and cancelled the phone because I wasnt using it and replaced it with internet which made my bill 106 something a month. Fine. It was installed and my husband called me 5days after internet was hooked up and said the cable was disconnected again! I called charter and they said I had a past due balance of 69.00! WHAT!!! I was very mad. I paid it and said ok when is my bill do again. They said Feb 21st (around that date) of 147.00!!! How can this be? The rep just kept saying it was my past due balance. She didnt speak hardly any english( none of them do, that I talked to). Now my HD channels dont work so I called tech support and they sent somebody out.

The tech came out and said he couldnt fix it because Im not paying for HD. I couldnt believe it! I been had HD until we had a storm one night and they stopped working. So the tech wouldnt call Charter himself to confirm that so I did. And of course a rep told me I am paying for HD! TADA!!!  He fixed it. The guy that hooked my internet up messed up my wiring on the cable box.

I am tired of dealing with these people and this company. They have penny pinched me for not even 2 months and I am tired.

Can anybody help?? Please any advise I would love to listen. :)
