Complaint Review: Charter Communications

Charter Communications Charter lacks in tech customer service. They have don't care attitude when it comes to fixing problem. Ripoff Beaufort South Carolina

I opened my account with Charter on February, 2004 and to date my problem has not been resolved. Either they have lousy tech customer service or my monthly payment to them isn't good enough. My problem has been being fequently disconnected intermittently from the internet, sometimes cannot get a connection at all and I have had 2 1/2 yrs of nothing but frustration with this problem and trying to get them to resolve it. It was fixed for apx. 6 months of the 3 yrs and for the past 8 months I have had 5 techs to my house to resolve the problem. 4 of the techs told me the problem was on the pole and they did not have access to it, another tech did. I was told the problem would be taken care off by each tech. I have never heard from the tech that has access to pole to take care of the problem, they just keep sending techs who tell me the same thing over and over. I hate making trips to Charter office to do nothing but complain. When Tuesday comes I am going to the office, taking box, and telling them to disconnect the whole package!
