charter communications company has owed me 110 dollr refund since nov 2011 Internet
i terminated service to charter communications in early nov 2011 they owed me a credit of 100 dollars i called in decmber about refund they said it would be 6-8 weeks (mailed 12/24/2011). i called back 2/20/2012 they said it would be another 6-8 weeks.
