You may have noticed that Eric Ketzer, Charter Communications "Manager" has been reading the complaints here on ROR. He has been promising help to the many Charter customers who are fed up with Charter's pathetic customer service.Don't hold your breath, folks.
Eric has failed to follow through in resolving customer issues, just like the rest of the Charter Organization. It's all lip service.

Charter may promise, but what charter is best at is failing to keep promises.
In the last ten months, I have been "promised" :
1. One month of free service as compensation.
2. Another (second month) of free service as compensation
3 A $60 credit for overcharges to my bill.

I have also paid two months in advance, because I was tired of not receiving my bill from Charter. Charter did not send me a current bill for over 9 months, even though I contacted them more than 60 times, and received no resolution, and filed two complaints with the BBB, still with no resolution.NONE of the compensations or prepayments were accounted for on my bill. There is a $400 accounting error on my bill.

Eric, you are just the same as the rest. You don't act, you don't respond, you don't follow through. This is typical of the ENTIRE Charter customer service department.

We are dealing with the worst rated cable company in the United States of America. (It's a documented fact)
Eric, you and your trainwreck customer service department do not deserve the privilege of doing business in my community- or any other.
