Beware of Charter Fitness in Warren, MI. They absolutely don't care about business. All they want is to have you to sign the contract and then they literally encourage you to cancel so they can collect the cancellation fee. They either don't care if they have you as a customer or they're not on the market for profit. I'm wondering if the owner(s) is(are) aware how so called "managers" that are running the place. There is no one to complain to. The young kids that are behind the counter have an "I don't give a s... attitude. Check their website before signing the contract, there is no authority to contact, they send you to the location to complain, no higher authority whatsoever. Kids who work there told me that they are not allowed to share the owners information. You can only complain to these kids and they just laugh at you.
