charter one bank (citizen bank) has stolen money from my checking account twice, they claim that back in august of 2011

i missed a loan payment and they say they notified me by mail  I never got that notification ...and was charged a 20.00 dollar late fee and a few 60 dollar late fees  my loan payment is taken out automatically by them to pay the loan back

i borrowed from them in 2010 on the 16th of every month the money comes out and for some reason i'm short that month on my very next pay day i pay the loan by transfering the money from my checking to the installment loan online myself. now all of a sudden i have been a month short for three years and they helped themselves to 560.00 of my money ande this isn't the first time they make me feel stupid when i talk to them. i have argued with them multiple times im at my whits ends and do not know what to do, needless to say I am leaving that bank first thing monday morning!

I would love to file a class action law suit aganist this bank they have know business helping themselves to my money i work too hard for it..it seems to me ever time a get a little extra cash in their they take it or find a way to charge me more overdfrat fees on top of service charge fees...

enough is enough

Whoa, Stacey, cool it a bit! One payment was missed. *ONE* and this bank tried to claim that *EVERY* payment before it was a month late; every *automatically withdrawn* payment. I have experience with this bank as well, and used to keep telling myself I need to learn to manage my money better. Know how I eventually did it? Found another bank. No money problems since.

You admitted skipping a payment now you want to blame the bank??? Do you reconcile your bank statement every month?  Do you balance your checkbook??  They did not "help themselves" to your money.  You cannot manage your money.  Class action lawsuit??? The only person(s) that benefit from this type of lawsuit are the attorneys - you may get one cent on the dollar if the suit is won.

Learn to manage your finances and stop blaming everyone but yourself.
