Paid for services from July 24th through August 16th. Services were not provided from July 24th through August 16th. Company says they are a subscription service and do not prorate bills but they did not provide services that were paid for. That is fraud and theft.

PAID for services from July 24th through Aug16th. Services not available for that time frame. Requesting refund. of amount PAIDQuit being an internet troll and read whats posted.

 Why did you not receive services? If it was because YOU didn’t pay your bill, that’s YOUR PROBLEM. As a subscription service, they provide service availability to you. That’s what you pay for. If YOU caused a disconnect for non-payment, they still provided service but YOU caused them not to be available to you.
