I just want to complain about J.P. Morgan Chase who has my paycard and also has the Rush Baby Phat cards.

I feel that they are very fraudulent to the public because they have no office in the U.S. Their office is located in India where they have no clue as to what is going on here in the U.S.

I feel that for the charges that are applied to each transaction we as Americans have a right to be able to talk with someone here in America instead of someone in another country regarding our account. Also I feel that they should have more than one number to reach them.

My complaint is this: They feel the we are second class citizens because we don't have a checking account and use the pay card as our so call checking account. Regardless of who we are we are consumers and we have rights.

I would like to see what type of legal ramifications I have and if anyone else feels the way I do.
