I'm J.C Carillo Southern Ca, I called Chase Bank in early 2009 before I ever missed a payment asking them for help because i could not afford the payment any more. They told me I could not get help until I missed at least two payments. I later missed payments not un purpose but because I just ran out of reserves. After I called Chase to get the help since now I was late, they said I needed to make the full payment or get a new loan. Like every one else I was underwater and could not get a new loan because now my credit was ruined because of the missed payments. I hired several companies to help me with a loan modification and nothing ever happened. I recieved a Notice of Sale in 10/2010. Even after I saw negative remarks in the internet about a Non Profit Law Firm called Consumer Protection Assistance Coalition I had them help me see if there was any way they can help me. Consumer Protecion Assistance Coalition advised me for free that I should consider filing a Lawsuit against Chase because CPAC Non Profit Law Clinic detected alot of Law Violatons Chaes commited against me way before i missed my firts payment.

It took along time because of the Court system but CPAC and their staff worked very hard on my case from late 2010 all the way untl they finally recieved a settlement offer from Chase Bank that was better than I ever expected. Consumer Protection Assistance Coalition not only forced Chase to cancel my foreclosure but they also made it so I did not have to give chase the $75k i was behind in paymens and they were able to modify my paymemnts from almost $3000 a month on a variable rate loan to a fixed loan at 4% A.P.R... now I only have to pay a principal and interest payment of $1,026.71 a month. If it was not for Consumer Protection Assistance Coalition and their hard work in my law suit agiant Chase Bank i know I would have lost my home long ago.  Chase Bank is getting away with MURDER all over the country. If you have a CHASE home loan and they are trying to take your home visit this web site www.SueChase.org .

Could you give a few more details?  What exactly was the lie Chase told you?  What were the, " Law Violatons" (exact quote, misspellings are those of the original author) that were, detected BEFORE you missed a payment?  I have heard about people who have had many problems getting a loan modification, for several different reasons but I've never heard someone claim any laws were violated (at least before they themselves violated their own mortgage contract.) What laws are we talking about?  What did this company claim was the legal theory they were basing your law suit upon? Where was this lawsuit litigated?  Who litigated this on your behalf?  How was the fee agreement structured?  Lawsuits are not cheap nor are they free.  You may find a non profit law firm to help you but you still have to pay for the lawsuit.  I would love to have more information because there are so many people out there who are victims of scams (which is why we find ourselves at this website) and if you have valid information about a company that, "helped" you then please share as much information as possible for all of those people who will read about your story.  In my opinion, I don't believe this company did anything for you.  If you had money for a lawsuit then why wouldn't you pay your mortgage?  If you were in fact, desperate for help, as you mentioned you went to several other companies, then why would you settle for a company with an F rating with the BBB.  To sue a bank in a court of law takes depositions, interrogatories, pre-trial motions, subpoenas...ah I could go on. Your timeline of late 2010 to now (December 2011) makes no sense.  Even if the there was a settlement and not a judgement, you said you went through the court system.  If fact you said, "it took along time because of the Court system...," one year to sue a major bank in the California court system is not a long time at all.  Please elaborate so your rip off report can help everyone else who cannot pay their bills and find themselves prey to unscrupulous scammers.   Thank you in advance for your detailed response.

This report reads more like a publicity ploy for the CPAC thingy mentioned by the author.
