Unecessary charges and refusal to reimbuse fees that were incurred due to the initial refusal of the bank to pay an automatic withdrawl. This set off a series of events that clearly were not intentional . A more integrity driven institution would have recognized the unfornate error and due dilligently returned the unecessary fees to my account. To add insult to injury the Bank manager responds with a condescending policy statement as if she had been rehearsing it all morning prior to calling me. I am more offended that the manager's reponse to me was like so selfrighteously articulated it almost felt accusatory toward me. The unwillingness to listen to reason, was haulted by the kill statement " I am trying to work with you, but you seem unreasonable and threatening. Is that what they call customers who refuse the brush off statement, " I understand your complaint but our policy does not allow us to work ethically." There has to be some accoutabilty from financial institutions that bury hardworking people in trumped up fees.
