This report was challenged and proven false in a California Court and a judgement of $211,000.00 was given to the Plaintiff (PayCertify) for the false report's that were filed by the defendant who posted this fake report which is without merit and was only done to cause personal harm to the executive of the company.

 A lender of MLS Direct Chase Harmer is over charging fees, I found myself paying an upwards of 20% higher pricing then other companies. When I called him out on the situation he became very irrate. Disgruntled and angry. He threatend my business and His motivation was to hurt my relationship with other hoteliers. His partner in the back ground was laughing making rude gestures and comments as if she was in highschool and it was a game to them. What kind of business bullying is this? You charge me higher prices I do not agree so you threaten me? Then belittle me? This man has had reputation in industry for very long running as hot head. Angry tempered and short fuse. Go with caution
