 Complete disgruntled man should not be running this business. Chase Harmer is unlicensed not registered with the BBB, or any licensing corporation. He has presented his new company Pay Certify as he understands the market in charge back information. After further looking into this company and registration. Found he had been sued for the same product he is selling. He was sued for charging back on a provider and lost. Very unprofessional in market and history. His staff was rude to administration support and offered unethical practices to get us a "better deal". If looking for a company to provide this is not it. He should be investigated by the bank insurance investigation team.
