Never trust a Chase representative over the phone.  They are schooled in devious and fradulent practices to add to their wealth and power.   I've got two Federal law firms and one normal lawyer working on my behalf to rectify the 3-years of battle and torture perpetrated by Chase Home Finance and their minions.

One Chase representative ruined my life, destroyed my business and has put me on the brink of suicide with their reprehensible behavior.  I was conned into taking a modification that I didn't qualify for when I requested a simple refinance.  I was told this process would take 2 months at the most but it took over a year.  My credit score was in the 780's when this started 3 years ago and now I am in the 550's due to their fraudulent reporting.  I was never told that this "modification" would ruin my credit, would destroy my business and force me to take on loan-shark and title loans to keep my business going.

3 years of torture watching my life and everything I have worked day and night for 40 years to acquire go down the drain with Chase refusing to acknowledge their fraudulent practices and victimization.  This one man ruined my life and this huge corporation stands behind his lies, but they will pay one way or the other.  Ruining people's credit as a business practice has to stop.

I am in foreclosure on my home now due to them, I was in great shape 3 years ago when I was conned into taking this stupid program which at the time I didn't even qualify for.  I was forced to qualify by being cajoled by Chase to miss 11 months of house payments, though I begged to pay them, being told that I couldn't pay them because no one yet knew the final dollar amount of the payment.  Then they proceeded to report me 11 months late and thus ruined my credit and my life.
