Chase - JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. chase manhatten bank Missing ATM deposits and discrepancy of amounts. ATM deposits only, 1 out of every 75ish are just not recorded at all by the institution. park city, Utah
I use the ATM, alot. The deposits often have to happen at night, via ATM, to avoid NSF's. Once every few months theese deposits will not be accountded for 72 hrs after the receipt is printed. After time, effort, and no fee, I get them to return the missing deposit and also the NSF fees. Now the deposits are appaering $20, $40, $380 different. I'm guessing that there are several cameras on the institutions property. Aren't I, as the consumer, paying this institution for just this kind of service and protection? Does anyone employed there care to help? No, I lose again. Filing a complaint with the proper governmental agency does not recover my funds.

It looks as though Chase has $11 BILLION in 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' on its employees, right? And Wells Fargo & Bank of America have $17 BILLION each on their employees, correct?

And trying to beat transactions to the bank is a very bad idea. The money needs to be in your account BEFORE you make the transaction. Your way is just begging for nsf fees.

Are You Depositing Cash??

Sat, September 05, 2009
If YES, stop that immediately. That's careless and really is your fault. Do not under any circumstance deposit cash into an ATM. If you have cash, deposit the cash IN PERSON during normal banking hours.
Checks can be replaced if lost in an ATM. Cash cannot.
If you're depositing cash into an ATM, you have no recourse either with any agency of the Federal government....
