CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE HAS CHANGED MY PAYMENT THREE TIMES IN 6 MOS THEN THEY RAISE THE PAYMENT BECAUSE INS/TAXES! Rip-off!CLEVELAND OHIO

HELLO

I WENT THROUGH A BIG CHANGE WITH THIS COMPANY NOTHING IS STILL BEING DONE I AM STILL FIGHTING. I LEFT THE TABLE PAYING 1275.00. A MONTH LATER I WAS PAYING 1472.00 AND THE NEXT MONTH I WAS PAYING 1417.00 AND THEN IT WENT TO 1357.00.

THEY SAID THAT THE ESCROW WAS SHORT OF PAYING THE INSURANCE AND THE TAXES IS WHY IT ADJUSTED THREE TIMES FROM ME MAKING FIRST PAYMENT IN AUGUST UNTIL JANUARY THEN 4500.00. THEY COLLECTED MONES EVEN THOUGH I HAD FILED BANKRUTPCY. FROM ME AND THE TRUSTY THEY STILL HAVE IN THERE HANDS 4500.00 THEY ARE REFUSING TO RETURN.

I HAVE DOCUMENTS ON THIS. THEY STILL COLLECTED MONIES FROM MY TRUSTEE. THERE'S ALSO A LARGE AMOUNT IN MIS/SUSPENSE FUND. IT WILL DISAPPEAR AND THEN MY TAXES AND INSURANCE WILL BE SHORT. I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT SUCH MONIES THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT THEY DO WITH MY MONIES. DON'T CALL BACK. IF I CALL TO ASK ABOUT ANYTHING ABOUT MY HOUSE THEY WANT COME BACK AND GET ME OFF HOLD.

I'M REALLY MAD BECAUSE I HAVE RIGHTS SO I AM GOING TO GET ATTORNEY TO HANDLE THIS. THIS IS SUCH A NICE WAY IN COURT IF ANYBODY KNOWS WHERE I SHOULD GO PLEASE DIRECT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I HAVE DOCUMENTATION ON ALL THAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIP PEOPLE OFF LIKE THIS AND NEEDS TO STOP.

As a Chase employee I must apologize for the inconvience this has caused you. Escrow is a huge thing that even I hate getting into.
Reasons escrow can fluctuate

1. Not enough money was collected at closing.
2. Taxes or insurance increased
3. Taxes or insurance decreased
4. Already had a shortage in the account

As far as your suspense funds those are monies that say you had sent in a short payment one month or too much money it is put in suspense because they don't know what to do with it. I don't know how much is in suspense but you could have it taken out and applied towards escrow.

If you have problems with the reps assisting you,then by all means tell them you want a supervisor. If they don't get one let them know you won't get off the phone until you get one. There is a group within Chase that is nothing but supervisors to help assist customers with escalated and ongoing issues.
I am sorry that you have been treated this way.
