Chase Moving Company originally quotes me a price of $700 to move one truckload approx 250 miles away and unload.

They initiall took a down payment of $85, but once the truck was loaded, demanded $500 in cash for fuel costs.  Upon arriving at the destination later than expected, they held my items hostage and extorted me for an additional $1200, threatening to keep my stuff and charginging more per hour.

They were slow, unprofessional and always talking on their phones instead of working.  When it came to moving my heavy furniture, they refused to reassemble it and just dumped in in the garage and left.

I was never provided a reciept for the money i paid.

Trisha the sales rep and Darnell the manager would not assist me when i called and basically told me "to bad!"

I am a 62 year old disabled woman who feels like she was extorted.

I am currently looking into filing a small claims suit, have contacted the IRS through the advice of my accountant who believes this is a cash buisness which does not report income and employment tax forms.

My claim is also being sent to the FBI fraud department under case #--redacted--
