I have NEVER had such horrible customer service in my entire life! I was completely beyond myself as to why two individuals would treat someone so poorly. Especially someone who was willing to do business with them.

The two individuals not only LIED to me about my case...they argued with me telling me that I was at fault for the cancellation of my file, because they did not have the "time" to "deal" with me!

I was placed on hold for an extended period of time, I'm assuming they were hoping that I would hang up at some point. Once they returned to the phone, I was then informed that one of these two was a "supervisor" which was not the truth, once confronted by myself I was hung up on by them. As well as given faulty e-mail addresses to reach the actual supervisor prior.

I would just like to warn everyone that had planned on doing business with this company, BEWARE...they will not help you! Not only will they not help you, they will lie to you to get what they want.

And please note that I have had an account with them for over 3 years and have NEVER had a problem until now...listed in the COMPANY PHILOSOPHY: "As the premier payment solutions company, we take great pride in our commitment to ensuring that customer care is always our number one priority." I wish that were true!
