Have had an Credit Card account with WAMU for some time.
This account has just been moved to CHASE.
Have never been late with payment, in-fact have been paying more than scheduled. The very first payment with CHASE left my on-line Bank of America account on March 10th. CHASE claims not received till the 26th. Bank of America said they should have received next day. No other payment made through BA has ever been late. Have contacted CHASE by phone 4 time, went to local branch office today. They seem not to care and unwilling to correct this.

Have seen on-line where this problem is being talked about by what seems to be thousands of ex-WAMU customers.

Is anyone doing a CLASS-Action Suit?
