On April 9, 2003, my husband & I purchased (2) sets of mattresses/boxsprings from this company, paid for by check.

The first set was delivered in a timely manner. However, the second set, which was BY CONTRACT to be delivered on April 21, was not actually delivered until 10 days later, and when it was delivered, they brought the WRONG boxspring to go with the set.

We tried to make the kid (yes, kid, a college kid) take it back but he wouldn't. Not only is the boxspring the wrong color & pattern, but it is inferior because it is 2 inches thinner!!! The manager, Brad Merriman, after trying unsuccessfully to talk us into accepting the inferior one, admitted his mistake and promised to order us the correct one. We have YET to receive it!!!

We call every day, and if we call from home they won't answer the phone. We resort to calling from pay phones, cell phones and work phones and still get the same old runaround.

It's been a month, and still no boxsprings!! Always the same old answer: they'll be here in 2 days. Well, it's May 8, and no boxsprings!!

Don't deal with these people, folks!! They are ripoff artists, liars and cheats who don't care enough about their customers to correct their errors promptly.
