this is a tecniquie they use all the time in third worlds countries. They will block the account because they will state they violated some rule which all the cam people do everyday but they pick the ones they know have a small chance they will not follow through with any action.

read your report i dont know what state you are in but your states attorney generals office a division called cousmer protection there you can file a report sence you work for them i guess you have their address you can file a compliant on line.there is a book put out by the federal goverment that you can order that is free you can ordere up two 5 no shippins at all you can also do this on line it called consumer action hand book at www.consumeraction.gov you will receive with in one week consumer action has a face book page post on their wall if you have a face book page.
