Complaint Review: Chau Nguyen

I purchased a car from him and his mother Lynda Nguyen, within 2 weeks it broken down. I told him about this and he said he would help with repairs. When it came time for him and his mother to pay they refused. He is a big mama"s boy and can do nothing without her. They are shameful and have no honor. 

This scammer told me that the car had no issues, and no electrical problems but this was ALL A LIE. The car, stop running on more than 7 TIMES. I missed work twice this car is junk!

I have had to put almost an additional 1000 dollars in to the car because of this criminal. 

I just hate being given the runaround and played with. Chau "Nam John" Nguyen is a dishonest man. He won't answer the phone, he won't answer text messages. All he does is hide because he knows that he is in the wrong.

I even told him I would pay for a portion of the repairs, which he should have to pay for the full price. But he agreed to pay a large percentage of them and did not.

The car was having these issues long before I bought it; because the battery had to be replaced each year is what I was told by Advance Auto. 

Be Aware he will do the same thing to you too. You are not a man, just scum! Each month it stops running.
