I was looking for medical insurance, I have five pre-existing conditions. I really need some type of coverage, medical bills eating me alive.
I was emailed and telemarketed by (CHBA) one of there main names out of more then ten other names. Some of the other company names CHBA is listed under dose not know of ?

After three days of checking up on this company I decided it didn't look too bad, I thought you can't believe everything you read on the internet, this company had some bad reports, but not as many as others. (What I didn't know was CHBA was the other companies.) They have offices all over the USA under different names.

To make a long story short, $239.90 to sign up and $119.95 drafted each month from my checking Account for six months = $959.60, this is what it cost me to learn this lesson.

Out of $959.60 they paid $38.75 in benefits. This was out of a total of $1,200.00 medical bills in six months. Do the math, it cost me $2159.60 for six months, they paid $38.75.

You get what you pay for!
Also: the good companies screw you too, just a little less.

Your first mistake you made was going to Integrated Health Plan for Insurance.  Integrated Health Plan is NOT an insurance company.  They are a PPO Network and deal nothing with patients.  You need to take their name out of your complaint.  If you look on their webpage and read about the company you will see that they DO NOT sell insurance to ANYONE.

I feel sorry that something like this occurred. While I hope you do find a legitimate insurance in the future, I do also ask why in the world you would think you were purchasing legitamite "insurance" for only $119.00 a month? Obviously you have been living in a cave for the past 10 years because health insurance is not CHEAP. Nevertheless, this doesn't excuse this company for not being up front, but long story short - you get what you pay for.
