Complaint Review: Cheap-Cigs

WARNING !! Cheap-Cigs has joined the ripoff sites.
Ordered on 4-9-2005
Credit Card was charged on 4-12-2005
They CLAIM the order shipped on 4-14-2005
Of course it did not.!! Phone # is useless they ask you leave your number and DO NOT call back..
Email is either off topic or just plain lies..would or could not come up with a tracking number.. after numerous emails and a month later I threatened to report them HERE and on my website, newsletters, forums, emails, guestbooks (everywhere I went I would tell the world about their scam.) only then did i get a supervisor type person,and was given a tracking number which turned out to be a different order from another site. so im guessing they use the same factory to ship. Also this past week I notice there is a pop-under redirection to CIGS4U.. oh oh looks like they are in cahoots or affiliated with or perhaps another name ?? I still after 5 weeks have yet to recieve my order and frankly dont expect to. So WARNING unless you want to lose money stay away from their site..
