Complaint Review: Cheap Jerseys

I ordered some NBA and NFL shirts from this company Called Cheap Jerseys.com for christmas in 2014. I received 2 out of the 3 items that I ordered. I paid for the hole order up front including shipping. A lady name Alice ( if thats her real name)? is the one that I have been dealing with through e-mail, tried to get me to get something else in the place of the item that they said was out of stock. There was nothing in the price range so I asked for a refund. About a week later I had a bunch of bouced items come through my checking account, when I started digging into it more I found that my card had been hacked off there so called SECURE web-site. Now this company will NOT give me a phone number though I have tried to find one, If you go to there site there is a little box that blinks in the top right hand corner that if ALICE is in that day you can chat live with her. If not you have to leave a message. This is the only way that you can communicate with this site. I had over 400 dollars in charges that came from weird places that I have never been. My bank was awesome to work with. We cancelled the card so I could get a new one and they refunded me all the money that they stole from me. Oh and also beware of the insurance scam that they charge an insurance on all orders that they ship, you pay for it wether you want it or not. The funny thing about it is that after trying to get information on this company I have found that alot of them are the SAME company just using a different company name. I sent an e-mail to a comany called Jerseys for Cheap and guess who answered me.........the lady who says her name is Alice. My lesson learned here is it doesnt matter which country you try to buy something nice for yourself or others, there is always someone out there who thinks that they have it worse than you do. I still get e-mails from this Alice person and have yet to recieve the money that they owe me for the 1 item that was out of stock, my guess is I will never see it.
