Complaint Review: Cheap New York Limousines

- This "company" is run by one guy named, Bob - he calls himself, "The Limo Guy".
- The "party bus" is an old hotel shuttle bus that reeks of gasoline and had a broken AC unit at the time of our trip.
- The "iPod ready" setup is a faulty AUX cable that needs to be positioned just so in order to work at all (if the driver makes a left or a right turn, prepare for your music to shut off).
- The "complimentary drinks" entails a 6-pack of Natural Ice thrown into a trash bin filled with half a bag of ice.
- By "mood lighting", they mean "no lighting".

We were on our way to Atlantic City (from NYC), and the bus broke down in the middle of the highway. Because the company is not an actual company, and rather, is one guy who hires one-off drivers for these trips, there was no one for him to send and we were stranded for 3 hours (we had to call a separate company to come pick us up). We demanded our money back from the driver (it was a cash payment upfront for roundtrip service), which we got back with relatively little push back; however, Bob never gave us back our $150 security deposit.

It's been 3 months since this incident, and Bob has blatantly lied to me twice, saying the security deposit is on its way. At this point, I've given up on it.

If you decide to go with this company, you're making a huge mistake. If you can't afford to go with another company, you're better of shuttling your entire group to Atlantic City via Greyhound.
