Cheap New York Limousines Service much below that which was advertised New York New York
I booked a limousine from Newark airport to Manhattan as a surprise for my wife. I was promised a rose for my wife, champagne, fully stocked mini bar, welcome message of my choice, welcome pack and complimentary photo. None of the above was provided.
When I contacted the company asking for compensation, the gentleman who replied said "I shouldda let you walk".
Not very customer friendly. Would not advise using them if that is their attitude.
