Cheap-o-Deals, Amir L Butt Sells electronics cheap, sent me a broken unit, overcharged for shipping and will not reimburse for original shipping and the return shipping. Not willing to do the right thing. Midwest City Oklahoma
I ordered a Plantronics Wireless headset for my cellular phone, and ordered it from Cheap-o-Deals on Pricegrabber, (Should have known by the name what I was getting myself into). I figured I would give them a try.
The unit arrived with out and manufacturing packaging and the unit's on-Off switch was smashed. The box waas not damaged and there was no sign of impact. He sent the unit first class mail, for $1.59 and charged me $7.95. He will not return the money for shipping and I had to spend $5.95 for return shipping. I beleive he scams people by shipping busted units and makes money on inflated shipping cost.
