I purchased a tickect through Cheaptickects for the X-mas holiday for my son. I was told by the Airline and cheapticket he would be able to fly. On the day he was supose to fly they denied my 10 year son the oppourinty to see his mother,sister and brother, because of miscommunication on the part of the airline and cheaptickets.

Their company would not assist me in figureing out an alternative aveune of approach .Because of the Xmas holiday I can not pay for him to come home and all of his presents are here so he willnot get to see his family or recieve his presents.

cheaptickects customer service rep were rud and did not speak clear. I was placed on hold for for hours they lied about thier names and information that they gave me i spoke to these people from Dec/18/08-Dec/22/08 and no one could tell me anything

Dont waste your time with this company because greed is thier motivation and when money is more inportant then customer service the bullshit thier way out of anyting.

Why don't you tell us WHY the kid was unable to fly? This complaint is meaningless unless it fully describes the problem. Personally I wouldn't deal with a third party airline reservation agency if the ticket was free. It is far simpler and safer to purchase a ticket on an airline web page.
