when I was called about this offer, I thought I ask all the right questions, and I did; but I was lied to. I informed them I would be using this to take my grandchildren to DISNEY WORLD!! I even ordered the second package for my daughter, so we would have enough tickets. I was told all accomidations wrer covered, and all we would have to pay for was food & souveniers. I am so hurt and appauled. I am disabled, and just cannot afford to be taken advantage of like this. Not to mention, I have 5 grandchildren, with broken-hearts. I cannot get a call-back, or even get an answer on my refund, which I was told if not 100% satisfied, that I could. SOMEONE-PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
