Complaint Review: Cheapestdeals.com

I made a reservation for new orleans with cheapestdeals.com. My amex was charged immediatly. I recieved an email from cheapestdeals.com stating that the resevation I booked was not avalible at the price charged and that it would be much higher.

I told cheapestdeals to refund my credit card immeditatly. well 2 months later no refund ( i did put in a dispute with amex )another story, still waiting for refund. Cheapstdaeals do not answer email or phone. they are located in India. website says california.

stay away from this company and their orher sites hotelquest hotels-in-neworleans and there are others.
