CheapestDeals.com Ripoff took my money and left me out in the cold Litterally! Internet
I booked a room in New Orleans for 11-9-04 with CheapestDeals.com. I received a confirmation page to print out after giving information and credit card number.
There was no room in New Orleans. I went to my bank the next day and I hope they will recover the money. They found something from P India.
I also sent an e-mail to the webmaster. I havent heard anything from them.
There has got to be a way someone can find these people or at least stop them from doing this to anyone else. As of today the site is still up and running. The phone number is listed at the bottom of their support page.
Why cant someone trace the number? e-mail address?

anyone booking with hotelquest.com, cheapestdeals.com, www.webtransact.com, or nightrider.com DO NOT DO IT!! these companies are bogus if you are booking a hotel room...You cannot contact them if you need to. Please just call the number if you receive before giving them any information. Nine out of ten times it will be disconnected. That is the message I got.If I would have called sooner I would have never booked with this company.
My card company is refunding my money but that is not the point.These people do not provide the service that they promise.

Just a note to say the band is looking into the charges. They came from P India. I hope everyone is not giving up on this company. They will get caught sooner or later. Just keep filing those reports with the places Joan has let everyone know about. We have to stop this from happening to other people.
