DO NOT SHOP HERE- THIS IS A FAKE WEBSITE!!!
Tried ordering some pairs of Toms shoes, but the order would not accept any of my credit cards even though they have plenty of credit on them. Finally went through on one card, but then said there was an error with the processing. However I got an order number on my account as well as email confirmation of my purchase. My credit card company did not show the order at all, not even as pending. Then the next day I got an email saying the card could not go through. I called the credit card company back and they said it had gone through and that it sometimes takes a few days to show up online.
The website kept suggesting I reorder the item since my card didn't go through, which I did using another card, and the exact same thing happened where the card was declined (despite there being plenty of credit on it) but then I got a confirmation email saying the purchase was successful and got a new order number, even though I pressed the "reorder" button for my first purchase as the website shows.
The I emailed CheapestToms.net 3 times and they responded in 24 hours, but their responses kept telling me to try another card because the card had failed, was very generic, didn't address any of my concerns or questions and the english was broken as if they are from a different country.
I sent a 4th email threatening to report them as fraudulent if they did not respond to me properly, and in 24 hours I got another email with the same sort of generic, broken English response that just repeated the same thing they've been saying. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER EITHER.
Called both credit card companies I used to make the purchases, and had them make sure none of the charges went through. The latter cc company I used said the company was in China, and the two addresses listed on the website are probably fake.
