Cheap o air is such a rip off! Originally I booked a flight for two of us to Kauai, Hi For around 900.00. After purchase no our tickets we found out all the hotels had been booked and there were no rooms available! I contacted cheapoair the next day and told them the issue I was having and that we would like to change our destination so we could get a room somewhere.

The man I spoke to was soo very rude and could care less. We ended up paying a fee to switch our tickets for about 400.00 to cancun. So now we have spnet around 1200.00.

About a week later my boyfriend got called in to leave for work for 6 weeks. I once again called cheapoair just to cancel our flight. Once again very rude, the guy was almost yelling at me when I was asking him why I would only receive a 530.00 credit?!

I received my email saying I have a 530 credit for cheapoair that can only be used by the people on the original tickets. Also that the airline will charge 200. Per person when I re book.

i tried to rebook yesterday and after the man once again on the phone made up his own rule that it has to be booked in 60 days or its not any good, even though the email I read directly to him states I have one year. Then the man changed his mind and said I could book my 260 dollar flight for just me but after all the fees and taxes I would own 290 and that is including my credit. He basically told me the 530 is split in half because there was originally two of us And then I have to pay the 200.00. So out of 1200.00 I was left with a 50 credit for me and 50 credit for my boyfriend. This company is terrible and they treat their customers horrible. I asked the rep why I would agree to paying 290 including my credit to fly when they have tickets on their website directly to the location for 260? He couldn't answer and just asked for my credit card so he coild just book it. I told him no way. I will continue to post my experience everywhere

i can online to warn people about this website! Please don't buy tickets here!

When YOU read the terms and conditions its ALL spelled out in there. I found it in like 3 mins so I FAIL to understand how YOU missed it. What that tells EVERYONE is that YOU DID NOT READ WHAT YOU WERE AGREEING TO!!!! which means YOU only have yourself to blame for NOT taking just a few mins of your OH SO PRECIOUS time and READING!!! Why is it ALWAYS thier fault for doing what YOU said YOU agreed to??? And WHY do YOU feel the need to defame them online?? THAT WILL GET YOU SUED!!!!! SO basically since YOU didnt read the T&C THEY are monsters?? Good to KNOW that YOU are FAR LESS then adult. An adult would ACCEPT thier part in ANY situation and NOT make excuses. Then YOU compoynd it ALL by threatening THEM with internet blackmail. Yep!! YOU just are NOT that bright. Each and everytime YOU defame them YOU just raise how much MONEY they are REALLY going to get out of YOU.
