The worst customer service and the biggest mistake I made was to give my money to a company that doesn't honor promises made. They will give you the run-around to no end and they will tell you various lies and delay as much as possible hoping that you will get frustrated and just give up. Do not utilize their "services" and trust them. Arijit is completely dishonest and lacks integrity. Purchase tickets at own risk! This is a warning! Stay away!

I have dealt with this company twice in the past 3 weeks, for two different reservations.
While, yes, the customer service response is slow, I found that when you call their NY telephone number, if you enter "1" (no matter what your reason for calling) you will immediately speak to a live person. Explain the problem, she will either transfer you to the right person immediately, or leave a voicemail which DOES get replied to within a few hours.
They do make many mistakes, but are pleasant and helpful in resolving issues.
