Cheapoair.com NO customer service at all Ripoff Internet

While I was not charged any hidden fees, I did need customer service because the airline could not find my reservation the day I made it.

I left at least three messages (NO 800 number and I am convinced that no humans work there) and sent multiple emails requesting that they contact me ASAP (website states they will respond to online queries "immediately") because it's an international flight and I'm flying pretty soon. It has been four days and I have received no response. After making several calls to the airline, they found my reservation.

I would not recommend using cheapoair.com. I shudder to think of what would happen if there was a real problem with a reservation.
I remain concerned that some strange charge will show up on my credit card or that something will go wrong with the reservation.
