Cheapoair.com ripoff, dishonest, horrible customer service, don't return email phone calls, outrageous penalty fees Internet
Cheapoair is a fitting name though it describes their business practices and service more than anything else. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. They have outrageous fees. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They are just a ridiculous company and should be avoided at all costs. Don't believe me? give them a try and see for yourself. Or, you can trust me on this and save yourself money, time, and headaches.

The airlines charge a penalty for refunds and cancellations, there is not much we can do to change that, since we are just a Travel Agency and not the airline who makes the rules.
