Arijit, i guess a customer service rep, is dishonest. he says alot of bs and has absolutely no intentions on resolving issues. he'll probably reply to this with some more bs about resolving the issue with a phone number or email address but he won't return phone calls or reply to emails. stay away from them at all costs! they have ridiculous fees, which they don't post on their website by the way. they also don't post any of their policies either. check the other sites like

they have all their information posted before you commit to purchasing so there is no ambiguity or confusion for the consumer. cheapoair.com puts as little information as possible so that if a problem does arise, they claim no responsibility whatsoever. those are common tactics of dishonest businesses. save yourself much grief and avoid them at all costs!
