I bought an international round trip ticket with departure in November and return in April.


The second flight of my return was deleted by the airline so CheapoAir offered me several alternate itineraries. I selected one but it was never confirmed after countless emails & hours on hold to the outsourced call center.


I was out of the country and had no choice but to show up at the airport and hope. I did have a ticket waiting but had to pay for the increased seat price and change fees.


CheapoAir is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
